Do I need an account for each user at my company?
No. Multiple users can be created for a single account, so they can share the available pool of minutes.

How many counties can I access with my account?
Once you have an account on our web-site, you will have access to all counties. In the future as additional counties are added, you will automatically have access to them as well. Watch our site for news of coming counties.

How much does an account cost?
There is a one-time, $200 setup charge to create a new account. After that, you simply pre- pay for the time that you will use. There are no recurring monthly or annual fees.

How much does it cost to access the system?
Access is charged at 10¢ per minute. This will be deducted from the current balance on the account. You can pay for however much time you anticipate using, and can check your balance on-line at any time. As your balance gets low, you can add more time to assure uninterrupted access.

How do I pay for additional time?
Payment may be made by check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to Apprentice Information Systems and mailed to our office. If you wish to use a credit card you can pay online through your account admin or you can call us and we will take your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card number over the phone. Mail checks to:
