Welcome New ARCounty Data Customer!

Thank you for setting up a new account with us. This page is to help walk you through some of the features available with your new account. You are able to completely manage and review your account through the website at any time.

Once you have logged in, you will see a button for “My Account” located at the top right of your screen next to the bright red “Log Out” button.

Clicking on the “My Account” button will bring up a dropdown list. From here, you will click on the “Account Admin” button. From here you can reset your password, add minutes to your account, update existing contact information, add new users, and view your account’s usage.

This will take you to the Account Administration portion of the site for subscribed users, where you have full access to your account administration online. The options on this page are organized by titled boxes for each option.

To change your password, simply go to the “Password” field located in the “My Information” box. Fill in what you wish to set as your new password and click “Update Password.”

However, should you find that you are locked out of your account, you are welcome to call our office to have us reset your password so that you can once again regain access to your account. You will need to be able to verify some of your basic contact information in order for us to reset your password. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CST.

In the Account Information box you are able to check the balance on your account, see when it was last used, and when your last payment was made. This is also where you are able to add more minutes to your account. To add minutes just click on the “Add time to this account” button. You will then be asked to verify your email address (your receipt will be sent to the email address on file). Once you have selected the “My email address is correct, I would like to pay online” button, you will be directed to the payment screen. This is where you may enter your credit card information and add monies at your discretion.

The Usage Report box allows you to pull a report to see who has used your account and how many minutes they have used. This can be run for specific date ranges and will give you the option to either print, or export this report to an excel file.

The “Manage Users” box (located towards the bottom right of the Account Admin page) allows you to add additional users under your account and to assign each their own username and password. Once you click on the “Add/Edit/Delete a User” button under the “Manage Users” box, you will be able to make any changes you deem necessary from your existing user list.
