Mapping
Visualizing your search has never been easier!
Mapping is only available in Benton, Sebastian and Pulaski counties.
On the search results page click the new map results button.
The browser will open a new tab/window and display all the results from your list and highlight them on the map.
To perform a comparable search, click on the green comparables button on any parcel's information window.
By default it will search for sales in the last year, within one mile of the selected property and that sold for plus or minus 10% of the last sale price. Other features may be added later.
The page will then display all the results matching your search, zoomed out to fit all of them on screen.
